Despite experiencing the worst weather conditions the UK has seen for over 30 years Elliott is still delivering exceptional customer service to its customers throughout the UK.
One happy Elliott Hire customer said:
"I had a container booked to be moved from one site to another via your Wakefield office this morning. With the poor weather and road conditions I was expecting a phone call to say you couldn't carry this out as both sites have been difficult to access. Your driver turned up as scheduled and delivered with no problems at all. Please pass on my thanks as it seems all too easy for companies to blame the weather and not go the extra mile"
The winter of late 2009 and early 2010 has seen the UK blanketed in heavy snow in many areas with disruption to transport networks particularly affecting our roads. In the south of England snowfall has been particularly high in areas of Dorset, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Berkshire whilst in the north of England blankets of snow spread from Birmingham to Carlisle and Newcastle to Sheffield as well as throughout the Midlands. Areas of Scotland were said to be as cold as the Antartic.
Despite heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures Elliott, the UK's largest provider of rental accommodation facilities, is continuing to provide customers with its range of portable cabins, secure steel storage containers, portable toilets, modular buildings, temporary kitchens and fast track building solutions to customer nationwide.
